How do we reserve campsites even if they are sold-out?
We have a team monitoring 24/7 for cancellations. As soon as a cancellation happens that matches your requested timeframe, we jump in and make the reservation on your behalf.
Why is our success rate in booking sold-out campsites so high?
Our team scans for cancellations more frequently than all the other notification/booking services. We pick up a matching reservation almost immediately after it becomes available. This allows us to beat all the competition.
Do we use bots or automation to book campsites?
No. Using automation or bots would go against the Recreation.gov terms of service, and would result in a shutdown. We have a live team which books the requested campsites on your behalf.
Do we offer booking services for state parks?
Unfortunately, we have not yet implemented our service for state parks. We are currently servicing recreation.gov campsites only but plan on expanding in the future. We only want to expand when we are sure we can offer the most competitive service, as we currently do with rec.gov.
